Receive codebase support for software on git.tyclifford.com. This is a monthly subscription, and only applies to one repository.
- Managed installation – Updates, and fixes the software.
- Rolling ticket support – Submit bug reports any time via direct email.
- Enhancements – Submit enhancement requests. They will be created over time, usually trackable via git.tyclifford.com.
- Guidance – Learn the best ways to take advantage of the software.
Your financial support directly benefits the public. All documentation, and code is shared with the world. I believe open source is the way.
Managed installation
This includes installing, updating, and migration.
Rolling ticket support
Response time is usually one to two business days. Support includes running into any bugs, or something is not working the way it should.
Enhancements
Sometimes a new feature is necessary. Suggest one, and I’ll do my best in bringing it to production. You will see tickets in progress, and may comment any time.
Guidance
Walk-thrus, and tips will be offered. Ask for help any time. In fact, Codebase Support is designed to be used sparingly. I want you to be comfortable using the software on your own.
